Valsir Ventilo: Valsir Ventilo is an air admittance valve which is an
integral part of the waste system and it is installed to avoid the formation of
the “siphonage effect” inside the plant.
Ventilo prevents water from being sucked by depression
by the traps during plant functioning; in this way spread of foul odours as
well as gurgling inside pipes are avoided. Ventilo is also useful in solving the problems
created by piping installed incorrectly in the past that cause back-syphonage,
self-syphonage and the return of foul odours inside the bathroom. Advantages:
